We deliver free of charge to UK addresses. We do not currently deliver outside of the UK but this is under consideration. Please contact us if you require international delivery.
Each item is individually prepared to order and fully inspected prior to dispatch. This ensures the exact size, finish and certification are correct.
Items may be returned unworn, in their original packaging with all certification and other papers included if the item is defective or not as described within 30 days of dispatch. Items made to order or personalised cannot be returned. Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Please request a return code and returns address from us. For your security returns should be sent using a fully tracked and insured service. We cannot be responsible for goods lost in transit sent by other methods.
